Constantly freezes on Stadia while streaming

I reported this issue about a year and a half ago but it has never been fixed. When i am streaming on Stadia, the game freezes mainly in pvp. The stream continues but I am frozen in place and the screen is frozen. I have multiple streams where this occurs if any DEV wants to see what I am experiencing. It is mostly prevalent during streaming. Thank you.
Edit: I still receive desertion penalties from BG and sometimes I can go back online if I exit Stadia but I am reentering cyrodiil while the enemy takes the keep.
