I like to see some established delve or public dungeon designs made into future homes. Ayleid Ruin delve that circles around, Shael Ruins in Malabal Tor is a great setup for a home, it's not overly large and has a few extra passage ways over the standard. The Obsidian Scar public dungeon in Rivenspire or Forgotten Crypts in Deshaan are fairly decent for homes. Lastly I see lot of Khajiit farmland in Reaper's March, I like to have a home where it just has open fields uncultivated, where I can "grow" what I want with a few open barns around it.
