In High Isle on the left corner, there is a place where you can fall behind the cliffs. It is at this position
There is a spawn point for a treasure chest right next to it.
Here you can see the triangular hole. When you step into it, you will find you behind the cliffs:
There is no way out, you have to jump to a wayshrine to get out of it.
