Crash reset all my settings?

annoying crashes made it reset all my settings

Yep..happens from time to time. I save my entire live directory before every game play session for this exact reason.

No issues anymore, this happened during mayhem pvp event while i was trying to enter imperial city, crashed twice while taking the ladder to imperial city and then my settings got reset.
