How look for mount additions to show ?

I bought the Nightmare Horse. In the inspection, it shows additional 'looks' , depending on speed, stamina, and or capacity.
At what point do these ' looks' show up ? For example, the speed is at 15 and it still looks like the base horse.
I have also been through the settings, (which can be confusing). Instead of saying " Show " upgrade, and an option to turn it on or off, it says 'Hide' upgrade - on or off. So if you want to see the additional stuff, you have to turn Off the option. Well, I tried it all different ways and still no change.
Whats the magic word to make the upgrade show? I used to turn off the capacity one for horses because I thought it looked silly, but it seems like that used to show at upgrade of 5 or 10.
My speed is at 15 and still looks basic.

Marillea✭✭✭✭When the upgrade reaches 20, you'll get the visual too. This obviously goes for 20 speed, 20 inventory, and 20 stamina.she/her
