Khajiit passive racial bonuse (recovery)

Khajiit is known as "i can be equaly good as stamina and magica" race and very flexible in build choise in everything but vampire cause of 100 health regen passive what completely dead (tudum-tsss) as a vampire whats basically mandatory in pvp. And its super easy to fix without ruining the balance, just make passive regen bonuses of khajiit not 85\100\85 but 135\0\135 for obvious reasons of not getting away one of the passives for huge amount of players (including me kek) and without ruining balance. Like its not a real big deal, but alittle frustrating to know that one of your passives are just doesnt exists.
Thx for reading and let me minmax my character pls, i really dont want to change my furry boy into overpowered big head small ... limbs canibal abomination for minmax reasons.

The passive regains exists for other style of gameplays too. Statistically the only race falling behind in DPS in Argonian. The rest fall in margin of error of 1 or 2 percent. So your premise of needing a race changed is mistaken

Now what you could argue is vampires shouldn't lose heath regain as they don't gain as anything for what they lost and isn't lore friendly.

Health Regeneration was thoroughly nerfed although it was never "mandatory in pvp" in any case.

Just one of the many unmitigated losses the stamsorc class has taken over the years with hardly any good changes to offset.
