hi,
i have an issue with quest npc's im at the location but they are not there , i see a lot of people at the place si i gues he is there for them.
its Hilan at the fighterguild(ebonheart)
and Tanval indoril(ebonhear)
i reloaded my game 3 times does not help

seancstewub17_ESOSoul ShrivenI have been having the same issue in stormhaven. as soon as I leveled up to the point that the quests turned green in my log, I was unable to complete them, even NPC's that I have not gotten quests from are not showing up. Re logged five times and no changes.0

HazzaRuzzSoul ShrivenThis has just happened to me. I went up to talk to Hilan and a few more players and I couldn't see Hilan. Kind of annoying as it's the only way to finish the quest I'm on...0
