Xbox achievement not popping for Ascending Tide Scout

The Ascending Tide Scout Xbox achievement is not popping. Has anyone else had this problem?

The IN-GAME achievement works no problem. I have ticked off both requirements for this achievement under Ascending Tide, General - Ascending Tide Scout worth 10 in-game points however the Xbox achievement is bugged and does not pop:

Coral Aerie vanquisher (10)
- Defeat Maligalig
- Defeat Sarydil
- Defeat Varallion
Shipwright's Regret vanquisher (10)
- Defeat Foreman Bradiggan
- Defeat Nazaray
- Defeat Captain Numirril

As an update to this, I have since completed the veteran version of both dungeons, having unlocked the Ascending Tide Delver, the Ascending Tide Scout Xbox achievement still did not drop.

So since completing in Veteran, I thought I'd give it another go in normal. Still have the same problem and the achievement still didn't pop.

Update: I've levelled a new character on the other server (NA) up to 45 so that I can gain access Coral Aerie and Shipwright's Regret, have found some nice people willing to carry me, and the achievement has finally popped almost 2 years later! I still don't know why it didn't work in the first place, but it has finally popped!
