4/5 Oakensoul Leads, bugged for 5th?

I have 4/5 Oakensoul leads and have been trying for the 5th for 2 weeks now. I've spent roughly 20 hrs farming random mobs in Malabal Tor and I'm getting bunk. I've seen other posts stating the same thing.. that they're having trouble with the 5th lead dropping. But, no followups are posted from those who've made those posts. This has to be some kind of bug. Any advice?

ElyssraSoul ShrivenSomehow, unbeknownst to me, my igneous inlay lead got turned into the sacred resin lead. I KNOW for a fact I had the inlay because it was the first lead I got. So, I've been looking for a lead I "had." I'm going to leave this up in case anyone else is having this issue. LOOK AT YOUR LEADS. I thought I had one bug but turns out it was a completely different bug!0
