When will Xbox Voice chat be fixed?

As you are aware, voice chat on Xbox has been broken for years. We have to keep logging back on to see if our guild chat will work. Most of the time, it does not.
When will it be fixed?

As you are aware, voice chat on Xbox has been broken for years. We have to keep logging back on to see if our guild chat will work. Most of the time, it does not.
When will it be fixed?
.... and here we are Febuary 2023, Microsoft owns the game and its still broken.... not having voice chat in game had DESTROYED all/most of any guilds that were social, group coms and has pushed ESO very far in the direction of solo, antisocial game play... its horrible imo.
