bug: Major Breach icon from Elemental Susceptibility not showing

the interface icon from Major Breach debuff placed by the Elemental Susceptibility spell is not shown on enemy debuffs area. It does work as the enemy armor is reduced, but it does not show on the interface.

it's not an addon issue as it's about the default game debuffs area shown on interface, it shows anything else from this spell but it just doesn't show this debuff.

the other morph of this spell shows it properly, the problem is just with this morph.
