Lady Thorn disappears mid fight and doesn't come back

During Castle Thorn hard mode, last night and again tonight, Lady Thorn disappeared mid fight during the fly phase with moving circle and when she was due to come back down she just disappeared.
Nothing we could do would bring her back so we had to start the dungeon again.
