Banished Cells I quest was bugged

Lvl 13 toon, was shared the quest. After the 2nd mini-boss we were unable to progress...arrow was above his head and the dialogs were there, but after completing all the dialogs that was it...arrow was still there, and we couldn't open the door to the 3rd miniboss.

That's odd. The doors to progress past the first two minibosses should be tied to the trash in the hall and not the bosses themselves. I'm wondering if one of those trash mobs got stuck in the ceiling or wall and kept the door locked.

That's usually the case when you've already completed it and it's just a daily. I think *maybe* all of us might have had the quest? Not sure.
