Spire of the Crimson Coin group event does not count towards weekly endeavor

Something is bugged here.
The group event works in both High Isle public dungeons, you get the skill point and the achievement.
But for the 7 public dungeons weekly, Spire of the Crimson Coin public group event does NOT count.
After having done 1 public group event earlier this week, my wife and I did the 2 public dungeon group events in High Isle on 4 different characters.
We both ended up with only 5/7 progress (1 from earlier in the week, 4 from Ghost Haven Bay).
Spire didn't count on any of the characters we played...
