More basic build guide info

There's a usual layout to build guides, which are pretty specific - here are 2 or 3 gear options, skill points action bars, rotations, champion points, etc.
They're set up as sort of cookie cutter.
I'd be interested in some more basic, flexible guides, with 'easy' rotations - start with 'the one best spam attack', suggest a second key to add, then maybe a third. That list 'here are a couple key attacks to include', 'here are especially important champion point skills ranked, etc.
Where people could get benefit from some things and decide if they want to get more detailed bits. It would be more like 'these are part of most pve stam dragonknight builds'.
It might include things like if some morphs are usually recommended. The game has 'advised' but they have no idea what build you're doing.
