Getting mythic items, how to create them from leads?

When you are level 7 in scrying and you want to collect the leads needed to get a mythic item. When you have all the leads how exactly do you create the mythic ring for example ? I’m only level 6 on scrying now and curious for when I hit level 7

You don't. Once you get and excavate all the leads, you automatically receive the item.
