Bug: ToT card showing other card in game

Three games in a row today the Ansei Hunding: Way of the Sword card has been replaced with a "green" version of the "blue" psijic card: Mainland Inquiries.
All 3 games have been against random NPCs and the blue/green decks have and have not been in the same game it's happened.

Skvysh✭✭✭Reported in numerous different threads before.
It happens only against Expert AI (and one of the founders) and only if the AI picks Ansei deck. The regular Way of the Sword is replaced by green Mainland Inquiries which has all the MI play effects (1 gold) but belongs to Ansei deck for all other purposes (i.e. proccing combos).1
