Blue tree CP slot tables removed

I've logged on 4 characters this morning and ask have had 3 slotables removed

I logged on two characters last night and 220 points were reset in the blue skill tree on both characters on PS$ NA Server. Not ALL the points just 220. I tried using the armory station to reset them and that did not work.

Bug? Intentional?

Intentional - its in the patch notes that some points in the blue tree were reset
