It took longer than 20 mins to spawn the world boss from 8:32 pm today on PC NA, and still hasn't spawn after 20+mins

✭This is also still bugged in that it's random as to whether or not you get credit for the world boss daily related to this boss. I just soloed it, TWICE, and nothing.
How many more patches before it's fixed, ZOS?1
