ToT Forgeit Penalty

When checking to see if you will receive a penalty for leaving a game of ToT the message doesn't always display saying you will receive a penalty. Many times do I click quit with no advanced warning and get smacked with a 10 minute timer. Please fix so I know when some bull** player is taking the mick I don't need to waste my time anymore without being penalised for getting matched with such a player.
