Gold Morihaus Lead

I've lost track of my minotaur body count since the High Isle patch and the lead has yet to drop. Is this a bug or is it just exceedingly rare?

It is pretty damn rare. I only got two of them so far. And that's not since High Isle (but at all).

I think it may be rare, but I also don't remember having to grind for it. I think it just randomly dropped for me while I was doing other things. I bet I dropped it on one of my Falkreath farming runs.
