something like hour after NA server started and 15 min after marked time for maintenance end.
EU server still down and not a single complain...
Edit: my mistake actually it is 2 more hours until end time.

SgtSilock✭✭✭✭I don't think people mind ESO being down nearly as much as other MMOs. I don't really see many complaining, I think this really helps the developers, and takes the pressure off so if they do run over, no harm no foul.0

maintenance gets a lot of complaining normally as gets good part of the day.
when NA server gets up first it has it has couple posts complaining (as EU server has long story short:

and usually UTC is misread for CEST (myself today too)
no "torches and pitchforks" for me means people don't care to log in... (U35)
