Name Change Token Leaderboard Bug

I know ZOS is aware of the bug, that the Name Change Token does not change the name on the Leaderboard:

But I have this problem now for almost 1,5 year. I dont think thats fair for 2500 crowns. And since I have the problem on my PvP character it really makes me mad to see the old name every time on the leaderboard. I feel like I did spend my crowns for almost nothing or more for like half of the service. So please, get it fixed. 1,5 year is not acceptable. Its also a shame that you still sell the token for 2500 crowns when its not even working right.
