Blackwood Treasure Map IV don't work

Blackwood Treasure Map IV leads to no spot. I have it for a couple of months and every single time I reach the place there's no treasure there to excavate. It seems the exactly stop is under a huge castle ruins' wall.
Does anyone have the same problem?
