Hi ,

I can launch the game but either when the cinematic, or the loading screen, or just trying to change the setting it locks and says ESO has stopped working. I was able to watch a few seconds of the beginning cinematic and I skipped it so I can load the game .. It has crashed 5 times already.

Any ideas?

I read an earlier post for an AMD Graphics card having issues with the crossfire settings in overdrive. Try rolling back your driver if you have the newest nvidia release. If you want to skip the cinematic, go to the settings file in the "live" folder (found in HDD/Users/YourUserName/Documents/ElderScrollsOnline/live I believe), and there will be a line that has a check for if the opening video has been seen. For this line, 0 means no and 1 means yes. If you change the 0 to a 1 you can skip the sequence. Alot of people were just having issues with it and not the actual game. Hope this helped. Cheers and Good Luck.

Also, for that issue, try using Windows XP (SP3) Compatability in properties under the compatability tab (as well as administrator)
