Clockwork City World Boss not registering as completed

Exarch's Egress will not register as completed on the map completion. It still says I have 1 of 2 completed. However, I did receive the journal entry achievement saying I completed it.
This is killing my OCD. I tried it 3 times, and did the daily quests for it and it still shows as 1 of 2 on the map completion. How would I go about fixing this?
