There should be nothing in game that cant die....having summons or pets that cannot die but can attack you is ridiculous. Guards not being able to die is ridiculous. WW packs not dying is ridiculous.

We onow that it can be possible to allow them to take damage and they have hp. Even the guards in vivic city when the game first released could die if you used blade of woe on them. They would respawn later, so this immortality is unnecessary. Nothing in this game should be able to attack you but you but you cant do anything to them! Now the fletch fly models cant be targeted!! None of them at all, why?!?! Remove that and makw sure all things that can attack you can die in game.

    the hive enemies are not targetable with direct abilities due to a bug, which is not intentional

    they can still be killed with aoe/cones that dont require targets, so its more of an annoyance than something that will always be there

    the WW pack and maw of the infernal used to be targetable but because they died too easy they werent very useful

    WW pack while they are not targetable now are pretty nerfed in that they deal very little dmg

    my understanding about the guards is that they wanted some risk to stealing, the guards also protect from npc enemies as well (there are some locations npc enemies spawn close enough that the guards will fight them)

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    Think about it. If guards could die you'd get huge groups of players teaming up to murder them all and all the citizens in a town, that would absolutely suck.

    On the guards, being able to kill them didnt stop players from getting bounties or being killed with their one shot attack. They still respawn. The bounty system is more of an annoyance than functional. You can remove it completely with the theives guide, dark brother hood and cp. If they want to role play add a jail for a high bounty. The one they used to use in Auridon works fine, was no reason to stop using it and make guards immortal.

    Er...No. It would NOT absolutely suck. My main OC has an alignment of chaotic-neutral. This means Khajiit will stay on the right side of the law...Most of the time. But he has his er...Moments of wanting to spill some...Some blood! And lots of it!! >;-3 Ergo: I've been pretty much neglecting the thieves guild and until very recently, the Dark Brotherhood content, simply because the guards in most settlements across Nirn are way to OP!! Removing their immorality would make taking on the Dark Brotherhood and thieves guild more lucrative...At least for this one, it would.

    Yeah the game has double standards now in regards to combat pets.

    I'd rather see that one standardized than dots and hots.
