Viewing learned style pages causes costume to disappear

The past few days I have found that once I have learned a style page and I go to view it through the notifications, my costume disappears leaving me wearing my original armour that was hidden by the outfit.
Logging out and back in seems to fix it but I also find I can't log out, endless log out screen meaning I have to force close the game.
The endless load screens and long load times are getting beyond a joke now to be honest.
