Making DOTs longer isnt going to make your game any more accessible than it already is. If you want accessibility you have to go the same route as practically every other MMO and have cooldown based combat so players cant press the same button 50x in a row. Which would be awful and ruin the entire aspect of ESO combat. But this would solve 99% of the players who complain about ESO combat and their damage problems.
If you guys spent any time in your game solo queuing and watching other players from tank perspective this would be obvious to you. A large population of the player base will queue up for vet dungeons, spam 1-2 skills throughout the entire dungeon, die to a boss and complain about mechanics, then quit the dungeon.
The game is already accessible for these people that's what normal dungeons are for. I dont see how making dots longer will help players who consistently dont understand the core mechanics of the game, and spend more time complaining about combat and mechanics than learning about them
