i cant open the game

okay so i have pre purchased ESO imperial edition, i have the early access code i have entered it..everything is fine..i open up the launcher, everything is up to date i am connecting to the eu mega-server, i am in Australia. but the game wont open.
the play button is an option, i press it, it goes grey and a background process of eso is running, but the game does not load up
i have tried the repair option in the game options menu but that doesn't fix anything
can i have some help please i would like to start playing eso ASAP!

    If you are having this problem the first thing we want you to try is making sure you are running the client as an administrator.

    If you are still not able to launch the game another thing you can try involves navigating to your UserSettings.txt file. The default location is My Documents/The Elder Scrolls Online/Live. Once in that folder, locate the UserSettings.txt and open it with Notepad.

    Locate the line "SET RequestedNumThreads "X" change the X from whatever number it may be to 0.

    Once that change is made, save and close the document and try launch the game again.

    I have the same issue.
    Cannot get past the "Play" button at launcher.

    I went to my Usersettings.txt file and changed # to 0 but it did not fix problem.

    I also went My Documents/The Elder Scrolls Online/Live, nothing in there but empty folders, no UserSettings.txt file

    okay i have done all that because i too did not have the txt document, but it still doesnt work

    I have replaced the document with the one posted above but still did not correct problem.

    @ZOS_RobertM‌ I am having the same problem about the play button just graying out and I've tried the user settings thing and running it under compatibilty and admin, but I still cannot get it to play. This also happended to me throught all of the beta.
