My items vanished when i put them up on the guild store

Earlier today when i was putting things up for sale, all the things i put up vanished.
I Tried to look for them under listing, in all the guilds i'm in, but couldn't find them, then i checked the store, just to be sure, and they wasn't there either.
They haven't been sold, i checked for that to, and they are not under my mail to, so idk what happen to them, other that they are gone.

    Your post lacks a few important details , so please when you can answer the following questions:
    1. What is the exact name of the 'guild' ?
    2. What is the exact server you are on? ( and is it PC or console? )
    3. Exactly how many items were put up for "sale" ?
    4. Exactly what TYPE of items were they?
    5. Where is the exact location of the 'guild store' vendor that you used? ( Map & City & Wayshrine , etc. )
    6. Have you restarted your client and relogged that character and re-checked yet?
    7. Are you certain your 'guild store' ui isn't stuck on a certain search-spelling/word ?
    8. Have you contacted in-game SUPPORT yet? ( This is more of a Support issue, not a bug , so they'll need to check the server-logs to verify your account of what happened actually happened)

    4/ Sealed Enchanting Writ, all 4
    5/ High isle, Confalcon bay, at the Bank.
    6/ yes, Reloaded UI, relogged, restarted the game.
    7/ yes, yes have checked many times
    8/ yes, did for some hours ago.

And by the way, these forums are wonky sometimes but instead of making 2 posts back-to-back (if you make a mistake) , you can just click out of the thread real quick and then click back into the post you want to correct and there should be a tiny little 'wheel' ( options ) icon by the # number on upper right corner of your post...to simply EDIT that post

    Question: did you list your items accidently on a different guild than intended? For example: my trading guild is guild 3, and I accidently listed items on my guild 1 and left without realizing I forgot to swap guilds before putting up my items. I went to put up more items the next day, and panicked a bit because I didn't see them listed on the store. I went through my guilds' stores and then realized my mistake.

    @Luci0 could you provide the ticket number? We can follow up with customer service just to make sure they are aware. Also, please note that sometimes the tickets take a bit of time to get through, just based on volume. Please give it time, rather than placing a new ticket. Placing a new ticket will place you further back in-line.

    i looked in all the other guilds i'm in, and they wasn't there

    idk where the ticket numbers is, but i guess it's this one "# 220710-001462"
