Rush of Agony on a Stam sorc

Anyone use rush of agony on their Stam sorc? How does it perform? I'm currently running alchemist, NMA, vat 2h and magma on my Stam sorc but was thinking of switching NMA out for something else. Rush of agony looks interesting.

    Sure. 🤙🏼

Unleashed Terror is a better option with the same proc condition. The 2s delay from Rush of Agony makes it unreliable, plus the damage is not even that good. Pull isn't working if you use Streak

Its best use is setting up AoE bomb combos, which Sorc isn't great at. I tried various Sorc sets and builds including Agony, and had to agree that the meta ranged Savage Werewolf + Way of Fire feels the strongest.

If anyone finds this post in the future, just wanna say alchemist or new moon acolyte plus rush of agony is awesome. So far I've only tested it in bgs but it's exactly the extra burst I needed. Proc vat 2h on the backbar, barswap, pop crystal weapon, streak over the enemy, medium weave, dawnbreaker, spin 2 win. Went from getting maybe 5-10 kills per bg to like 20 and I've never had as many multi kills.

Can you explain how it works on a Sorc with Streak?

With Stampede, the pull happens at the target you're charging. I've always wondered how it worked with a blink mechanic.

With streak there is no pull at all. It's just a 1 tick DoT.

It doesn't synergize with streak because streak's stun applies CC immunity which prevents the pull.

However, it works well when paired with a few specific setups:

I don't think cc immunity affects the pull, but Rush of Agony is only triggered by the damage... Crit Rush does damage to a target but Streak only does damage in a small AoE at is starting point. So you'd be pulling people to a place where you're no longer at with Streak.

No this is not correct, you're thinking of the unmorphed "Bolt Escape" or the other, defensive, "Ball of Lightning" morph. The Streak morph "now deals damage and stuns enemies between your beginning and final location.". The issue is that the set doesn't apply CC immunity, but it does respect it, so when you streak through you deal damage that procs the set, but the damage you've dealt with the streak applied CC immunity at the same time, then the set procs and can't pull because it's respecting the immunity you've just applied as part of the proc condition.
