A few years ago I was poking around the exterior of Nchuleftingth (yes, I had to look the spelling up) and I poked through a few of the ruined towers. Since they were made of dark grey stone, I took the opportunity to take a few screenshots of my toon looking like he was encased in carbonite. Devs eventually fixed that glitch.

I once clipped through the floor in Elden Root's crafting area and fell to my death. Ever since then I pray to Todd Howard and the other divines whenever I go back there, especially if I have to go near the blacksmithing station.

That insane texture madness is crazy and a veritable monstrosity. On the other hand, that's in stark contrast with that finely outfitted Isobel, well done!

Just a FYI-- I'll be removing my screenshots later because I'm going to be deleting the trial ImageShack account that I posted them to (not realizing at the time that the "free" account I created was merely a "free 30-day trial" account). I can post them again later if need be, but I'll have to find a better "free" image-hosting option first.
