Fix the daily "Dueling Tributes"

Either make conceding more detrimental or fix the damn daily.
If you win because your opponent gave up, you get NO credit toward the 3 matches.
So, AGAIN: make it so they think twice before quitting or FIX. THE. DAMN. DAILY.

This has been reported daily since release and we still didn't get any fix or answer. Insane!

First game ever where giving up counts as a tie.

I have had people concede on me and was able to turn in the quest. Not sure what is different for you. No, I don't get credit for a win if they concede, but I have been able to move on from that game to complete my three wins.

It depends on your luck. Yesterday I won about 6 games on one character, all players gave up in the last minute, and I ended up not being able to complete even one single victory for the daily quest. The game is so broken that it's not only the luck on game that counts, it's mostly the luck on your opponents. It's ridiculous.
