I hope you don’t mean vigor. Quite literally still required on many different stam oriented specs in PvP. Simply put, several specs wouldn’t be able to compete with better in-class heals only available on certain classes.
Not to mention PvE melee DPS already struggles due to lack of range and no access to a shield, this will only serve to increase the disparity in this field.
If that comes to be, just seems like a bad idea to me, again, I suppose.
