Buffs and Potions in Update 35

Would it be possible to revisit the buffs provided by certain potions for next patch? Specifically Expedition and Vitality.

Way back when these were deemed to be too strong to have a 100% uptime on, however its clear at this point that this sentiment is no longer true.

With the addition of Oakensoul, which provides a 100% uptime on multiple much stronger buffs with 0 player input, and the clear intention to make buff management easier in update 35, could we rebuff these potions to once again provide permanent uptime on the buffs?

By your own standards, this should absolutely be doable.
