Unobtainable ToT achievement FOR NOBODY

The card "Legion's Arrival" is not obtainable, and thus no one can complete the following achievements. I am max rank 8 and completed all the other upgrades, story quests and founders matches.




Based on the 4 upgrades from each deck being:
- 2 from clues
- one from rank up
- one from using the patron 10x

this upgrade would correspond to a rank up.

I am also seeing this issue. Reached Rank 8 (Master), completed all tournament quest, and have finished all founders matches as well.

counting the 3 bugged achievements related to isobel, that makes at least 5 achievements from high isle which are downright broken lol

This issue has been acknowledged as a help article, although not yet on the forums.

A "devs are aware, we're working on a fix but have no ETA" blurb would suffice... @ZOS_Kevin

this has been fixed in the U35 PTS, they added Legion's Arrival as a purple clue. At least one player obtained it.

But .. was the card better or worse than what it replaced, or did the starting card get downgraded?
