is deconstructing intricate gear affected by the crafting inspiration rate (such as the inspiration boost champion node passive or events like the Zenethar) ?

most likely it is just an added modifier, so in a hypothetical example base inspiration for something is 1000, you have 200% from intricate and 50% from cp, so my guess is it treats that item as having a 250% inspiration gain total bonus1
