Bug with Ember’s quest “Green with Envy”, cannot get dialog with Izbadd

I’m supposed to get some new dialog option but all he talks about is the Emerald Eye. I have unsummoned Ember several times, left the area so it will reset, fast traveled to another zone, and logged out and back in several times and still not working. Cannot advance the quest.

Update: I managed to figure this out. If I walk up the steps behind Izbadd (the back stairs) I do not get the proper option to talk to him. If I walk up the stairs that face him and the front of the inn, I do get the proper option.

This should really be fixed.

Are you referring to the same part as in this other related thread & comment: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/7630306/#Comment_7630306 ....? ( i'm guessing yes, but i haven't done the quest yet myself)

No, the problem I’m having is in Evemore, earlier in the questline.

I did a quick google search before posting and found nothing about it, which surprised me. It returned some similar threads here on the forums but nothing helpful.

EDIT: I did have the same problem that the player in that thread had and had to exit the area a few times and re-enter before the quest indicator for the door moved to the proper place.
