I got several trait now, not perfect though. So consider to sell craftable gear at the guild shop.
But how much can you pay for it? and what kind of gear is most popular among the players?
I want to gather people's request.
My playing time Mon-Friday UTC13:00-16:00 [PC-NA] CP over2000 now.
I have [1Tough tank] [1StamSorc-DD] [1Necro-DD] [1Real Healer]
with [1Stam Blade].
But, I'm Tank main player. Recently I'm doing Healer.

You want to sell gear for profit in a guild store? That's not unheard of, but I doubt the margins are high. The only time I ever bought crafted gear was after making a char on another megaserver. It was low level training gear. Hard to get complete sets otherwise. I've never heard Arttea mention this as a gold-making method and she pretty much covers everything on her YouTube channel. Might have been a video I missed.

Off the top of my head Order's Wrath comes to mind as a set people might want these days in both PvP and PvE. You're talking about different weights and traits, though. Light + medium in full Divines makes the most sense I suppose. Total guess, though.
PC EU: Magblade (PvP main), DK (PvE Tank), Sorc (PvP and PvE), Magden (PvE Healer), Magplar (PvP and PvE DD), Arcanist (PvE DD)
PC NA: Magblade (PvP and PvE every role)

I tried to do gear smith role play little bit. Now ZOS put the holiday event to facilitate guild trader.
So I put the some craftble gear 1000~1200G each at the my guild shop. Mostly ....sold out.

Maybe, it was too much cheap price. :#

If you're on PC you can use trade addons like Tamriel Trade Center, Master Merchant or Arkadius' Trade Tools to tell you how much items are selling for, and use that to work out suitable prices for your own items. If you're on console I suppose you'll have to check guild traders manually, or keep using trial and error to find a good price.

But also I think a lot of crafters do custom work rather than selling stuff through guild stores. I often see people in guild chat asking if anyone can craft something for them. They'll specify the item type, level, set, trait etc. and either provide the materials or gold to pay for it (or a bit of both) and the crafter will make it for them.

If you want to sell through a guild trader specifically probably the best way is to look up build guides to see which sets and traits are being recommended and then make those.
