when exactly do the indriks availability change?

I like this Luminous one very much, but I just made the basic, so no way I'd have 40 tickets to evolve it, when would be the next time these particular feathers are available?, next event, new life, next year?
if I have to wait a year to get all the feathers, I'll just buy the indrik pets instead, thanks!

Pretty sure they've stated they would be season related.

With 8 Indriks and 2 Indriks currently available, my guess is they will be quarterly and last through 3 events. 2 Indriks x 4 quarters = 8, so that every Indrik will be available during the year. My only concern would be that Zeal is last event of Q2. I am not sure if that means that the Luminous/Icebreath will go away after this event because Q2 is ending and Q3 will soon start (with different Indriks that last for all 3 events of Q3).

If Luminous is available now (that is Q3 July August September) then the next time will be next year Q3. And since this is the first event in Q3, you should be able to get the rest of the tickets you need before end of September.

This IS my concern also, and why I asked the question, I would get the pets, if it meant I only can purchase half the feathers for the Luminous without spending real money.

...and it gives a schedule of when the different variants will be available over a year's time, divided by seasons.

Going by that (and I have no reason to doubt it; ESO-Hub is a reliable source), this will be the last event this year (well, given the timing, the only event this year) in which the berries for the Icebreath and Luminous variants will be available.

(Onyx and Mossheart will be available starting with the next event.)

Eh, obviously the quarters don't work the way I thought they did for some reason. Then again, it's been a while since I bothered with what was available when (because I just haven't had any use at all for anything but the pets this year and last)

I think you were correct in the quarters -- July *is* the start of Q3. (October is the start of Q4; three months in a quarter.)
However, this event started on June 30, so it is categorized as a June event, and falls within Q2.

Eso-hub has been including a lot of guesses or assumptions in many of their new guides, often going with the first guess from the forums. I think this would be fine if they clarified whether something was for suresies or not. Unfortunately, seeming to have an answer probably leads to more clickthroughs from a web search.

Hopefully the current batch of indriks goes through the end of the Q3 events.

This is the last Q2 event. So these berries won't be available again until jubilee next year. ESO hub is correct. The next event, mayhem, has been previewed on pts, so we know that much.
