ToT Ranked/Unranked Concede Penalty

Can we adjust the penalty down to 5 minutes or remove it completely?
I would consider sitting there knowing you lost watching yourself lose as cruel and unusual punishment just to avoid the concede penalty.
Do the devs really expect someone to come back from a scenario where the opponent picks up two Pelin Armory and Rally card by turn 3?
We are quite aware RNG plays a part in the game and about 30-50% of the time, I know by turn 5 if I am going to lose because of it.
I doubt there is any plans on balancing the decks, at least allow us to get back to queueing for the next game sooner.

Considering withdrawing from a match prevents the opponent that was winning from recording a win for the quest the time-out penalty should remain as is for the person who withdraws.

The forum has been much more active in complaining about those who withdraw and the problems that action creates so it seems to be the more significant issue.

The odds of being able to get The Armory turn 1, The Armory turn 2 and Rally turn 3 is... HUH.
Firstly, you need Pelin, Hlaaru, Hunding decks to achieve this. Then you need to go second so you can Hunding Patron turn 1 (bonus coin, 3 coin cards, 2 power turned into 1 coin with hunding to afford the Armory). Turn 2 you've got 6 coins but buy The Armory.
Now you're sitting on turn 3 AND you need to get 2 Egg Mines AND draw your starter Hlaaru card... OUCH, this is just one in a billion (I'm sure the odds of this happening are such that you're more likely to win the Spanish Lottery living in a cave in Honduras with no internet access.)

I do agree that the 10 minute penalty is fairly harsh when you conceding is simply giving the opponent the win, but they're trying to balance against the people who'd do it at 4am in exchange for gold to cheat the system. I think it'd be nicer if the top 2% players records were investigated each month to see if there's a pattern of whom they defeated and whether or not there is suspicious activity than continuing more than a 2 minute penalty for letting the opponent get a win you suspect is inevitable (even if turns 3-6 you get 2 conquest 2 midnight raid and overwhelm your opponent. Because, it's just as likely as the 2 armory and then rally turn 3).

I've tried to cope with the RNG. I have tried to cope with time penalty. I have tried to cope with the slow death. I'm about done. Once I get the Orgnum deck, I going to stop queuing for the ToT matches, ranked and unranked. It is too frustrating to continue like this. It's just not worth it. Good Luck to the remaining people queueing for the top.

They should also remove the ability to concede after an opponent passes 30 points.had someone concede today, after I crossed 40, and then I didn't get credit for the win with the question even though I had already won.

Thing is, conceding is a totally normal thing for card games.

What is not normal, is that the winning player doesn’t actually get a real win from this. It is a disaster lol.

    Imo:
    1. There should not be a penalty for conceding at any time.
    2. You should not be matched with the same player in the same day after racking up 2 consecutive wins against them. (combats boosting)
    3. Conceding should be exactly the same a loss. If needed for a temporary fix, have the concede button add 100 prestige to the opponent. At least then the game/quests/leaderboard scoring would function correctly.

I find a large proportion of matches never start due to the game start bug so when that happens I lose rank, and have to log out of the game to concede the match. I then have to wait the 10 minutes

Most sensible games allow resignation - imagine having to grind through a game of chess to the bitter end!
