Lost a crate

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this, but the in game help is useless when your problem doesn't fit into one of their categories. Hoping someone from ZOS will see this.
Went to open a Grim Harlequin crate today. Had 22 of them. Clicked on the crate, and...nothing. Pacrooti just sat there. Eventually hit "exit" and then went back to the crate listing. Where I found that I now have 21 GH crates. So I lost a crate and got nothing from it.
