WB Not Dropping in High Isle

Anyone having issues with WB not dropping in High Isle since this event started?

Last night, I waited over 30 minutes for Eldertide Theurges to drop, gave up and logged out for the night. Logged back in today, same spot from night before and waited another 30 minutes with no boss, dropped the quest and picked up today's daily and now I've been waiting 30 minutes for the Serpent to drop with no luck.

There are several bugs associated with some of the WBs in High Isle.

The Theurges are one of those that often need to be killed twice (or more?) to get credit for the daily quest. There's also a bug related to Isobel's daily WB rapport gain with the Hadolid Matron WB - you do get daily quest credit but rapport with Isobel does not increase by +125 for that WB quest completion - I've had that happen to me twice and in both cases it had been much longer than 24 hrs since the previous WB rapport gain and in both cases I got someone to share another WB daily, did it, and got the rapport increase from the second quest.

Unrelated to WBs, there's yet another Isobel bug related to Isobel rapport:

her rapport is now ~ 3700 and I will get the 3rd quest fro her at 4,000. Ever since it was at around 3500, whenever I speak to her (to check / change skills, etc.) she does the "I received a letter..." speech that precedes that quest but that's it - there's no quest to accept. I presume this will "fix itself" at 4,000 but IDK for sure,

I understand that....but the bosses are not spawning, they're not showing up...where are they? On vacation?

Yup. Forgot to mention that part. I reported both problems in the bug report forum (where threads go to die it seems) here 4 days ago.

They do eventually spawn but their timer is also bugged.

Someone waiting at Serpents Bog last night said there multiple instances of the bosses and one was broken. Logged out and when I got back in, the boss was there, and I didn't see any of the other people who had been waiting so maybe that's a way to handle bosses that aren't spawning. Disclaimer n=1 is not proof.

I was grouped with a fellow guild member on Thursday night/Friday morning (depending on time zone) to do the Eldertide Theurges world boss. The two of us wiped three or four times before another player came along and we were finally able to kill the two bosses. My fellow guild member got credit and was able to turn in the quest for the reward, but for me the quest still shows that I need to kill the Eldertide Theurges.

Fortunately, I did a number of other activities that rewarded me with purple coffers, and one of them contained an outfit style page, so overall I considered it to be a successful evening.

Same, no WB spawns.

I do these early in the day on PS NA and the bosses are always up, never a problem with them not spawning, just waiting for others to show up.
