Am I unlucky or do Volcanic Vents drop nothing valuable?

I’ve been getting worthless trait items and the 9 gold trash items. No motifs ir plans ir valuable reagents. Anyone get anything valuable from these?

Possibly the random pool was changed for the Zenithar event, and you need to be grouped with a guild member right now. That has guild bonuses for world events, world bosses, and group arenas, so all of those could exhibit the same effect.

I did Volcanic Vents to level my new character with High Isle and I don't recall getting anything really special.

I do really wish they'd put on a couple more voice lines (I am so sick of hearing but questions still remain) and had her occasionally successfully seal the last rift.

I've gotten several blue and a few purple recipes from doing vents.

I've gotten a card deck fragment or something from one of them on day one. That's about it.

I've gotten a 1k purple treasure item that I believe incorrectly uses the word "liquidates" (it should be "liquefies"), a card deck fragment and a lot of garbage.
It's kind of funny to hear the druid say she'll "seal this vent for good", only for it to burst again two minutes later.

I've done like 15 or so a night and basically it's a Rubedite Armor/Weapon, a Green jewelry pc and four different resources...I have got a couple of Companion Gear, a Purple 1000K treasure but overall...some of the worst stuff I've seen regarding Dolman's....

At least Reach harrowstorms have a chance to drop document pouches and the lead for that nice vampiric stained glass...

they count as equivalent to dolmen (although the endboss is more like a worldboss), so you usually just get a piece of jewelry and some gear, the gear is one of the 3 sets.
Now and then also stendarr's stamp, required to craft High Isle furniture (maybe 1 in 5-10 runs).
On xbox NA you can sell it for 6000 gold each, on EU it costs even more.

The rest is nothing special apart from a cardgame collectable, viridian dust in masses (is there any use for it?) and some trash for sale.

By recipes do you mean provisioning or furniture? I haven’t got anything but trait and style mats along with a lot of brittle whatever trash.

Yeah, good point, you get set jewelry, which currently sells for more than a lot of other set jewelry just because it’s new. I actually hate lava and fiery mobs, so when I get the ring lead, it’ll be back to dolmens and the Summerset geysers for me. Those are much quicker and more fun.

Thanks for saying that... I find these lines really annoying.

For me, the Stendarr stamps that you sometimes get from the Volcanic Vents are the most valuable and once a purple loot with a gold value of 1500 dropped. I've also received deck fragments several times.

This one wants to ask the Druid if they can have more than one person to seal the vents. You know, teamwork and the like

And to OP’s question, the drops are fairly mundane. This one got a card or two, some blue or purple treasures, etc.

I think vents are the worst world event, even simple dolmens are better. I do it only for dailies now
