What is the correct way/place to report my Ram Pack not appearing in game?
I claimed my Prime Gaming Cliff Ram Pack, and I've checked all three servers that I have the game on, and none of the content has shown up in my game. I created a bug report ticket because I couldn't find a better category. Is there one or was this the correct course of action. Since bug reports don't get responses, how will I know when my issue has been resolved?
