I had thought the pack upgrade costs would be discounted by 10% during the event - it isn't

✭✭✭✭A pack upgrade is not "an item [sold] for gold", but agreed, it'd have been nice to have pack upgrades discounted a little bit, especially for an event flooding our inventories with so much stuff.1
