Many have reported the same issue, losing 5+ minutes after a soft forced logout, no error. Get kicked to character screen, log back in to find your character where they were 5 or more minutes ago, all progress lost. Even using the DNS fix and other troubleshooting it is still happening. I am afraid to play because I will just end up doing double the work to finish anything.
