This is a major problem, I know when I am beat at this point. I don't want to grind out 5-10 minutes. Punishing both sides, the winner by not counting game toward stats and the looser with time out room, is extremely unfair. Every single other card game I have played has a surrender button, placing the eso design team way outside the "right" side of this issue.
