New House suggestions

Out of space, I'm looking for a new house to decorate. I have Autumns Gate, Sleek Creek and Lucky Cat Landing. I'm looking for something about the size of Lucky Cat Landing. It has four rooms with halls, and a large terrace, and a porch. I like the look of Waters Edge, but the odd duplex thing is really off-putting. The dirty doom and gloom castle look is right out... ;-)

Any suggestions?
